  • Are pets allowed?

    Pets are allowed at our Service Residence levied at SGD 30 per day or SGD 500 per month, subject to prevailing Goods & Services Tax.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit for the residence during my stay?

    As the minimum stay at our Serviced Residences is three months, a one-month deposit is required. If the stay is more than a year, a two-month deposit is required.
  • Do you have a washer and dryer?

  • How many occupants are permitted in each residence?

    Guest’s request for extra beds during their stay is subject to availability and apartment type. You can make a request 3 days in advance through the Reservations Team OR Front Office Team with a surcharge of SGD 60 per night / SGD 850 per month, subject to prevailing Goods & Services Tax.
  • Is there luggage-storing facility?

    Storage of luggage is unavailable at our Serviced Residences.
  • What is the housekeeping schedule of the residences?

    Housekeeping service is provided according to the contractual terms for each apartment on stipulated days and time except on Sundays and Public Holidays.

How to get there (from Changi Airport)

By Taxi

Board a taxi from a taxi stand at Terminal 1, 2, 3 or 4. It takes approximately 25 minutes to reach our residence. Please note that all taxis run by the meter and there is an additional surcharge for all trips from the airport.
 

By Bus

Board bus service 36 from the bus stop at Terminal 2 (bus stop code 95129) or Terminal 4 (95209). If you are at Terminal 1 or 3, take the complimentary the Skytrain that connects to Terminal 2.

Alight at Raffles Avenue, The Esplanade (02061) to take bus service 195.

Alight at River Valley Road, UE Square (13109).

Our residence is approximately 400 m away from the bus stop. 

Please prepare the exact fare as buses provide no change. Alternatively, buy a stored-value EZ-Link card for multiple rides on public transport from any Changi Recommends store in the airport.

This route will take about 1 hour and 20 minutes. 


By Train (MRT)

This route will take about 1 hour and 10 minutes. 

Changi Airport train station (station code CG2) is accessible by foot from Terminal 2 and Terminal 3. If you are at Terminal 1, take the complimentary Skytrain service that connects to Terminal 2 and 3. If you are at Terminal 4, take the complimentary shutter bus service that connects to Terminal 2. 

Board the train at Changi Airport (CG2) and alight at Expo (CG2). Switch to the Downtown Line.  

At Expo (DT35), board the train towards Bukit Panjang (DT1) and alight at Fort Canning (DT20). 

Use Exit A to leave Fort Canning station. Our residence is approximately 550 m away from the exit.

You can buy a single-ride ticket or a stored-value EZ-Link card on public transport for multiple rides at Changi Airport (CG2).
