The website says the hotel is not available for my selected stay date. Why?
As stated in the trial stay terms and conditions, rooms are subject to availability. If there is no room availability for your selected stay date, kindly select an alternative stay date. -
Can I book a Family room?
Family rooms are not bookable for this trial stay. Only Deluxe rooms are bookable. If you wish to book a stay with more than 2 persons, please make another reservation. -
Can my child share a bed with me?
One child below the age of 12 may share existing bed without charge. Breakfast, if any, may be charged separately. If you wish to book a stay with more than 2 persons, please make another reservation. -
How do we indicate our room preferences?
You may indicate your requests during the reservation process, however, please note that these requests are subject to availability. -
Does the trial stay include breakfast?
Breakfast will not be served on weekdays as the restaurant is not fully operational. Breakfast will be served only on weekends at a designated venue. Details will be provided upon check in. -
Is the breakfast restaurant halal?
No, it is not halal. -
What is the charge for child breakfast?
Children below the age of 4 will not be charged for breakfast. For children up to the age of 12, breakfast is chargeable at S$15++ per child. -
Can a family member check in without the staff’s presence?
Yes. Please ensure that the endorsed Staff Reservation Form is produced upon check-in. -
Can I offer this complimentary stay to my friends?
No. Hotel Stays are only valid for employees and their immediate family only (i.e. spouse, children, parents, siblings, grandparents, parents-in-law). -
I have resigned and am serving notice, will my booking be rejected?
No. you can still enjoy this privilege for stays until your last date of service. -
Am I entitled to free entry to Sentosa?
No. Staff are required to pay for the island admission fee into Sentosa. This is not claimable. -
Are there handicap/elderly rooms in Village Hotel at Sentosa?
Yes, these are available but are subject to availability. Please indicate your request at point of reservation. Hotel will be in touch to confirm the availability. -
What is the check-in time? Can I request for early check-in?
Check-in time is from 3pm onwards. Please call Village Hotel at Sentosa at +65 6722 0800 to enquire for early check-in. -
Can I request for late check-out?
No, as the number of rooms for trial stay is limited, check-out is strictly at 12 noon. We seek your understanding that housekeeping needs time to turn over the rooms for the next guests. -
Is there free parking available in the hotel vicinity?
Yes, there are 120 parking lots. Complimentary parking will be provided for in-house guests. -
What is the number to call to advise of arrival time after 6pm?
We suggest you indicate your arrival time at the point of making your reservation. For on-day arrival updates, please call Village Hotel at Sentosa at +65 6722 0800. -
I have made a booking but am not able to use it. Can I transfer to my friend?
You cannot transfer to a friend but the following is possible:
● Transfer to your immediate family member
● Amend your stay dates
● Cancel the booking
Modification and cancellation of your trial stay bookings can be done on our website.

Will I be notified if my reservation cannot be confirmed? When will I be notified?
If there is a need to amend your reservation due to operational requirements, the hotel team will be in contact with you directly. We will ensure that advance notice is provided.
